Elizabeth "Annie" Ann (Glaub) Jones

Elizabeth Ann “Annie” (Glaub) Jones, 52, of Essex, passed away on September 5, 2026. She was born on October 28, 1973, in Perryville, Missouri, to the late Robert and Mary Ann (Hotop) Jones. She was a 1993 graduate of Perryville High School.

Annie was a caring and loving mother who cherished her children deeply. She was always a happy person and brought warmth and joy to those around her. Annie enjoyed playing bingo, listening to music, and attending church. She loved going for walks and had a curious spirit, always enjoying the opportunity to learn something new. One of her favorite ways to show her love for her children was through cooking, and she enjoyed discovering new kinds of food and preparing special meals for her family. Above all, Annie treasured her children and the time she spent with them.

She is survived by her children: Dakota Jones, Faith Jones; siblings: Mickey (Jill) Glaub, Tim (Abby) Jones, Scott (Robin) Jones, Misty Jones and Tina (Tim Balsman) Jones; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son: Daniel Jones; siblings: Andy (Amy) Jones, Kevin Hotop and Michael Glaub.

Services will be held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, at the Pendergrass Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Visitation will be from 9:00 until 11:00 am. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am, with Edward Carter officiating.
