Esther Cox

Esther Marlane Cox, 64, of Glen Allen, passed away on July 30, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri at Mercy Hospital.  She was born on December 8, 1961, in Schenectady, New York.

Esther married William Cox in 1999 in Las Vegas. The celebrated 26 years of marriage together and enjoyed spending time with each other. They loved to travel across the country, go on vacations and see the beautiful sights.

Esther enjoyed bowling and loved to volunteer. She was the nicest, caring and helpful person to anyone around her. She volunteered at the local senior citizens clubs and enjoyed serving others. She was very social and knew no strangers.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years: William Cox; two cousins: Christina Ruben and Isabell Guardudo.

The Pendergrass Funeral Home is assisting with Esther’s final wishes. No services have been made at this time.
